Our sports and exercise consultants

Our dedicated consultants in sports and exercise medicine can help you recover from an injury, enhance your performance or reach your training goals.

If surgery is need due to a specific injury, our consultants work closely with surgeons in different areas of medicine, who specialise in sports injuries, to support each individual before and after any procedures.

Institute of Sport, Exercise and Health

HCA UK's partnership with the Institute of Sports, Exercise and Health (ISEH) means that we can give you access to high a standard of care that was previously only available to elite athletes. We manage the return to health for professional and amateur sports individuals coming back from injury and treat individuals with common musculoskeletal conditions


We can help you achieve your personal or training goals, optimise your performance and prevent injuries in the future. We also run sports nutrition clinic's, and offer outpatient physio and supportive services to give you the best chance of a full recovery.
